After completing the extreme physical and mental challenges of SEALFit academy, Jim Rutan returned to Pennsylvania aware of the staggering goals that can be achieved when one dares to push past perceived limits. This renewed energy led to Jim and his wife Lisa opening a 9,000 sq. ft. CrossFit gym in their city of Allentown. CrossFit Honor (http://www.crossfithonor.com), has become a second home for not only their family but their clients as well and they train everyone “from Special Forces candidates to Grandparents.”
